Nathalie van Woerkom (1970) has extensive experience in general Corporate law, with mergers and acquisitions and in formulating shareholder agreements.

As a result, she has handled a variety of cross-border due diligence cases, the restructuring of the Dutch operations of large international corporations, joint ventures in Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa, management buy-outs, international financing arrangements and lender procedures.

Nathalie gained an MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management.
