Mariëlle van Winden (1983) has been working in the legal profession since she graduated from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Mariëlle works across the full range of employment law. She handles individual dismissal proceedings for both employers and employees, and draws up employment contracts, employment regulations, and other documentation related to labour relations. She also advises national and international clients on a wide range of subjects, such as changes to employment conditions, non-competition clauses, and the question of whether or not a working relationship can be defined as an employment agreement, etc. Furthermore, Mariëlle has an employment law litigation practice.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Mariëlle also pursues a number of other activities. For example, she regularly writes articles for the Employment Law Newsletter and gives presentations about various aspects of employment law, including dossier compilation. Mariëlle is part of the Codetermination specialisation group and is a member of the Association of Rotterdam Employment Law Lawyers (VRAA).
