Mariëtta van Wijk (1971) joined AKD in September 2008 as a partner in the practice group Construction and Real Esatte and is based in our Amsterdam office. She previously worked as a junior notary firstly with Lovells and then with Van Doorne. Mariëtta spent a period of time on secondment working in Frankfurt where she was mainly involved in handling domestic and international property transactions.
In addition, Mariëtta has built up extensive experience with project development, auctions (including those involving enforced sale), tenders, property sub-divisions and conversion to commonhold, setting up property funds, property financing arrangements and drawing up property management contracts. Mariëtta advises and assists property developers, investors and banks as well as housing associations, public authorities and a range of other clients.
