Wibaut, Vincent

Vincent Wibaut (1957) is Chairman of the Board of AKD.

Vincent has gained more than nineteen years' experience in corporate law practice and has been involved in many acquisitions, reorganizations, shareholders' disputes and matters relating to partnerships. He is also principle advisor to various boards of management and regularly acts as an arbitrator.

The European Legal 500, edition 2010, says about Vincent: ‘‘... is ‘fast, committed and offers value for money’.
