Vos, Guido de

Guido de Vos graduated from Leiden University in 2000. Guido started his career by working in the Aviation and Logistics section at Boekel De Nerée, in Amsterdam. He joined AKD in 2008 as a member of the firm’s Shipping, Trade and Insurance practice group.

Within Guido’s transport practice, the main areas of focus are air transport, combined transport, road transport and associated logistical services. He also advises and litigates on a wide range of contractual issues concerning passenger and cargo transport such as agreements covering transport, shipping, ground handling, agency arrangements, travel, charter, lease, warehousing and physical distribution.

His expertise also extends to knowledge of national, European and international regulations involving public law in relation to aviation.

In December 2004, Guido successfully completed the specialist post-academic course in Transport Law at the Grotius Academy.
