Jos van der Velden, head of the Regulatory and Governmental Affairs practice group, advises and represents (local) governments and companies regarding planning and environmental procedures such as land-use plans, (projected) track plans and various environmental permits.
Jos specialises mainly in infrastructural projects and noise problems, in which area he has written several publications. In addition, Jos is on the editorial board of the journal Milieu & Recht (Environment & Law) and regularly acts as lecturer in the field of Spatial Planning Law.
