Jos van der Velden, head of the Regulatory and Governmental Affairs practice group, advises and represents (local) governments and companies regarding planning and environmental procedures such as land-use plans, (projected) track plans and various environmental permits.
In particular Jos van der Velden is specialised in infrastructure projects and problems concerning noise pollution. This is shown by his contribution to the loose-leaf edition concerning Administrative Town and Country Planning Law, in which edition he wrote the commentary to the Noise Pollution and Aviation Act.
Furthermore, Jos regularly teaches as a lecturer in the fields of Administrative Planning Law and Environmental Law.
