Sabina Smallegange (1981) specialises in European and Dutch competition law. In addition, Sabina is also part of the Corporate Law practice group in Rotterdam. She studied European Law and Business Law at Leiden University and is a member of the Competition Law Association.

Sabina has extensive experience in assisting with the filing of mergers, takeovers, and joint ventures with the Dutch Competition Authority and the European Commission. Furthermore, her areas of expertise also include cartel law and abuse of a dominant position, and she advises and represents both Dutch and international companies in proceedings before the European Commission, the Dutch Competition Authority and the civil courts. She also advises government organisations in relation to European law, in particular concerning procurement law.
