Sabina Smallegange (1981) specialises in European and Dutch competition law. Sabina also works for the Corporate Law practice group in Rotterdam. She studied international European law and Business Law at the University of Leiden (the Netherlands), and is a member of the Vereniging voor Mededingingsrecht (Competition Law Association).

Sabina has a great deal of experience in supervising notifications of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures to the Netherlands Competition Authority or the European Commission. Her area of expertise also includes the law on cartels and abuse of a dominant position, whereby she advises and assists Dutch and foreign companies in proceedings before the European Commission, the Netherlands Competition Authority and the civil courts. She also advises public authorities on European law, including procurement law.
