Kris Ruijters (1968) has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer and has been a partner with AKD since September 2002. Prior to that Kris worked for Arthur Andersen/Andersen Legal. He has an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (2002) and speaks English and German fluently.
Kris specialises in mergers and acquisitions and is in charge of our M&A team in Amsterdam.
