Frank Roos (1957) works in the practice groups Employment law and Property. He is chiefly engaged in handling takeovers, reorganisations and restructurings involving limited companies and concerns, arranging joint ventures, mergers and divestments and advising clients on corporate governance and company directors’ liability. He also takes on work in the non-profit sector.
