Pita Cao, Carlos

Carlos Pita Cao (1977) obtained his MA in European and International Law at the Catholic University in Brabant in 2000. In 2004 he also completed the post-graduate study programme in EC Competition Law at King's College London.

Carlos works at the Corporate Law practice group, where he concentrates primarily on national and international mergers and takeovers, management buyouts, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, partnerships, commercial contracting, corporate recovery and providing general advice for Dutch and foreign companies. He frequently works in a multidisciplinary context for both national and international clients.

In 2004 Carlos also worked at the Brussels establishment of AKD, where he concentrated on European and Dutch competition law.

Carlos speaks fluent Spanish and English.

IFLR1000, edition 2011, identifies Carlos as a leading lawyer in his field.
