Peters, Paul

Paul Peters (1960) has over 20 years of experience with Insolvency law and Litigation. His practice comprises both acting as official receiver in bankruptcies and advising stakeholders of companies in difficulty, including acquisitions from bankrupt and nearly bankrupt firms. He specialises in directors' and company officers' liability.

Paul Peters is member of the editorial boards of the monthly magazine Financiering, Zekerheden en Insolventierecht Praktijk, know as FIP ('Journal for the Finance, Securities and Insolvency Practice') and of SDU’s annual legal comments on all relevant insolvency legislation. Furthermore Paul Peters is lecturer and examiner for the postacademic course 'Insolvency Law for Bankers' (Rabobank, Fortis and ING) and lecturer at NIVRA (Royal Netherlands Institute of Registered Accountants ).
