Herman van Mierlo is specialised in Environmental and Administrative law, in particular in expropriation law and damage compensation from the government. Herman is deputy judge at the court in Bergen op Zoom and chairman of de Councils of Expropriation experts of the courts of The Hague and Haarlem.
Herman is author of the loose-leaf publication 'Onteigening, Eigendomsbeperking, Kostenverhaal'. Herman lectures on a regular basis.
