Leon Hoppenbrouwers (1964) is a partner in the real estate notary practice.
Leon is specialised in property development, property acquisition, urban redevelopment, social housing corporations and related subjects. He is also involved in real estate transaction support, sale-and-lease back contracts and complex divisions in apartment rights. He has a lot of experience in operating in multidisciplinary teams with Deloitte and formerly with Andersen.
Leon Hoppenbrouwers is in charge of the entire real estate notary practice of AKD. He is also a teacher with the Deloitte Real Estate Academy on the subject of property development. Furthermore, he is a member of the client service teams in the business sectors social housing corporations and carparkings, which are a joint initiative of AKD and Deloitte.
