Bert Heikens has many years of experience in the mergers and acquisitions practice, which has included involvement in a number of stock market flotations. Furthermore, he has held supervisory directorships in various companies and has been the regular lawyer for high-tech companies in the media industry over an extensive period. He was a managing partner of AKD in the period 2003-2010.
Bert is a member of the Dutch-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and the secretary of the executive board of the Dutch-South African Chamber of Commerce SANEC.
