Erik Gramberg (1957) has been active in the legal profession since 1985. During the first ten years of his career he practiced mainly in corporate law and focused on advising companies in difficulty. More recently, he has specialised exclusively in commercial property law.
Erik provides guidance to property developers, investors, housing corporations, local authorities and builders in formulating contracts such as development agreements, PPPs, DBFMO contracts and other forms of partnership agreement. He also advises and litigates in cases involving construction disputes, sales contracts and other property-related issues.
