Ton Gaalman, who has been practising law since 1976, specialises in all aspects relating to employment law, which includes litigating in and advising on industrial disputes, collective employment law, employee competition and issues related to codetermination.
For more than 10 years, Ton was an instructor in Employment Law in a professional training programme for recent law graduates, and he is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland/VAAN). Additionally, he has served as a deputy judge in the sub-district court of Tilburg since 1985 and, since 1987, as a deputy judge in Breda.
Ton represents major companies, board members, directors and managers.
