Eunice Bruyninckx (1969) embarked on her legal career in 1995 with the legal firm then known as Loeff Claeys Verbeke. She became a partner at Simmons & Simmons in 2003 and moved to Linklaters LLP in 2007 where she was charged with the task of establishing their employment law practice.

Eunice has been working at AKD since November 2008. She acts on behalf of employers in cases mainly relating to employee participation, equal treatment, collective and individual redundancy, collective labour agreement law, mergers and takeovers in connection with employment law, corporate transfers and pensions. Her clients include Essent, Royal Bank of Scotland, Center Parcs, Fortis Investments and LG Electronics.

Eunice’s name appears on various legal listings, and she is one of the best employment lawyers in the Netherlands. She is a member of AKD’s Employee Participation Working Group, AKD's Collective labour agreement law Working Group and of the Employment Law Association’s Equal Treatment Working Group. Eunice is also on the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers Association Committee (Vereniging Rotterdamse Arbeidsrecht Advocaten), and is a member of the Netherlands Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland), the Employment Law Association, the Pension Law Association (Vereniging voor Pensioenrecht) and the Association of Certified Pension Lawyers.

Eunice gives regular lectures at the Institute for Employment Law and Vermande on issues pertaining to employment law such as equal treatment and employee participation, and she also publishes articles at regular intervals.
