After completing her studies in Notarial law and Dutch law (civil law) at Utrecht University Wieteke Braat (1981) has worked as a candidate civil-law notary with AKD’s Construction and Real Estate practice group since September 2004.
Within the practice group she is primarily involved in handling commercial real estate transactions, complex transactions in the field of private real estate, project development, mortgage finance, sub-divisions for dwellings, establishing leasehold and building rights and all that goes with it as well as providing advice in these fields.
In 2010 Wieteke successfully completed the specialist notarial training course ‘Project Development’.
Wieteke is a member of the board of the ‘Jong Onroerend goed Brabant’ association (JOB), a real estate network for young professionals in North Brabant.
