Saskia Bollen (1976) qualified as a lawyer in 2000 and took up her position with AKD at the beginning of April 2006. Specialising in Employment law, she provides legal services to both employers and employees.
Saskia has extensive experience of cases involving terms and conditions of employment, dismissals, non-disclosure agreements, employer liability, collective labour agreement law and employee sickness.
Saskia is a member of AKD’s Collective labour agreement law Working Group.
