Boersen, Leo

Leo Boersen (1948) is head of the China Desk of AKD. He obtained his master of law degree in 1974 at the Radboud University, Nijmegen, and subsequently studied in Canada, Scotland and England.

Leo specialises in international sale of goods disputes and commercial litigation, and also advises on supply issues.

Leo's clients include a number of International food and trade companies as well as logistical service providers.

He is member of several professional associations.
