Sven Billet (1970) is a civil-law notary in the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in advising on real estate, and more specifically on the subjects of property development, land acquisition, inner city restructuring, the legal separation of industrial complexes, park management, housing associations and all related issues.
Sven also concentrates on transaction practice in the field of commercial real estate, complex-based transaction practice in the field of private real estate, sale-and-leaseback constructions and complex divisions in apartment rights.
Sven successfully concluded the Grotius specialist Real Estate study programme in 2003/2004 and the Estate planner programme in 2002.
Sven speaks fluent French.
