Vincent Bettonville is a partner at AKD, working in the practice group Banking & Finance of our Amsterdam office.
His prime areas of attention are banking and securities law, and financial arrangements where the emphasis is on structured finance and asset finance transactions, loans, syndicated lending and securities, legal opinions, co-operation agreements and restructurings.
Vincent also provides legal advice concerning Corporate law pertaining to the Netherlands Antilles.
Prior to him joining AKD, Vincent worked for legal firms including De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and Loyens & Loeff, for whom he worked for over a decade in New York. Vincent is a member of AKD’s legal opinion committee.
