Vincent Bergwerf (1984) joined AKD’s Employment Law practice group in November 2009 where his primary focus is on individual and collective dismissals. He also provides advice on issues related to employment contracts, non-competition agreements, employee participation, employers’ liability and incapacitated employees.
Vincent is particularly at home in the field of maritime employment law. He also publishes frequently on related topics.
