Stefan Bais graduated from Leiden University in Civil Law and Corporate Law in 2001 and is a partner in our Corporate Law practice group, where he specialises in corporate (re-)structuring, mergers & acquisitions and corporate litigation, and advises Dutch and foreign companies. He regularly advises clients on setting up joint-ventures or concluding shareholders agreements.
In 2007, Stefan completed the post-graduate programme 'Corporate Law' with the Grotius Academy with honours. Stefan frequently works in a multidisciplinary environment for international clients. Stefan speaks fluent German.
