Combating the trade in counterfeit products

CAPIP: a pan-European anti-counterfeiting network
AKD has taken the initiative in setting up a pan-European
network of legal firms which have joined forces to combat the trade
in counterfeit products. This network, known as CAPIP (Coalition
Against Piracy), operates in more than 25 countries and cooperates
intensively with the local Customs authorities. CAPIP provides
companies such as Samsung with a central contact point for know-how
and support in the fight against piracy.
