Assistance from start to finish

procedures from start to finish: from your application for building
permission and environmental permits right up to the drawing up of
development and financing contracts. We also act in matters

PPPs
We have extensive experience in setting up public-private
partnerships (PPPs). Some examples of these are the redevelopment
of city centre areas in a number of cities including Amsterdam, The
Hague, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Maastricht and Venlo, as well as the
redevelopment of the Perkpolder in Zeeland, where a hotel, a
marina, a golf course and housing are being constructed. During
these procedures, AKD gives advice on matters such as PPP
contracts, regional zoning policy, zoning plans and environmental
permits.
