We have in-depth expertise at national and international level,
as well as extremely extensive experience in cross-border
insolvency proceedings.
In the event of insolvency, we advise stakeholders - such as
creditors, shareholders, directors and employees - with respect to
their position vis-à-vis the receiver. We also conduct legal
proceedings on behalf of creditors in the event of disputes with
the receiver. We have acted on behalf of creditors of companies
such as Fokker, DAF and Hillen & Roosen.
Extensive experience as receiver
We are frequently appointed as receiver by the courts. Some
well-known bankruptcy cases in which we have acted as receiver
include Bobel, Fokker, Internoc, KPNQwest Finance, the Raf
electronics chain, RDM, and SHB Banenpool.
