Reorganisation tool: ReQuiRe
Decisions concerning reorganisation are not something to be taken lightly. A lengthy preparatory procedure is common and the reorganisation itself inevitably takes its toll on a company.
Compulsory dismissals are often unavoidable. It is therefore
essential that any reorganisation be conducted rapidly and
responsibly with employment contracts being terminated as
efficiently and cost effectively as possible. AKD is here to
help!
The Employment Law practice group at AKD has supervised a large
number of reorganisations and relies on a tool known as 'ReQuiRe'
that was developed in-house. ReQuiRe stands for 'Responsible and
Quick Reorganiser' and, as the name implies, it is the key to rapid
and responsible reorganisation.
