ReQuiRe: an effective tool in the event of redundancies
In 2009, as a consequence of the credit crisis, AKD has developed a reorganisation tool, named ReQuiRe ('Responsible and Quick Reorganiser'). This tool allows companies to reorganise in a quick and responsible manner and will quickly grant the employer insight into the various cost-saving scenarios based on the various possible methods of termination of the employment contract in the Netherlands, and the respective calculation methods.
