Construction disputes
Our Construction and Real Estate practice group also comprises lawyers specialising in civil construction law. These lawyers assist all parties involved in the process (e.g. contractors, commissioning authorities, architects and structural engineers) with respect to the hearing and assessment of all kinds of construction disputes. Some examples are the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry, or the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.

(International) building contracts
Our lawyers give advice on building contracts as well, not only on traditional contracts but also on more complex types, such as integrated contracts and DBFM/O contracts. They also give advice on international building contracts such as FIDIC contracts.
