Advice on investment vehicles
We can help you with legal advice on investment vehicles
and supervision of investment institutions. These include 'umbrella
funds', private equity/venture capital funds, property funds, hedge
funds, feeder funds and fund of funds. We specialise in the
establishment of innovative investment vehicles and the supervising
of licence procedures at the Netherlands Authority for the
Financial Markets.

We have extensive experience in the sectors we work for,
and we know exactly what is going on there. Our attention focuses
on specific markets such as:
- Health care: we have considerable experience in the private
health care sector. This includes e.g. independent treatment centre
chains (ITCs) and dentist's surgery chains. Other examples include
public-private partnerships (PPPs), such as 'health care
boulevards' and cooperative arrangements with housing corporations,
health care institution suppliers and cooperative arrangements
between the management and specialists at health care
institutions.
- Property: we have extensive experience in the property sector
with respect to e.g. operation-related property such as hotels,
holiday parks and supermarkets.
- Energy: our team has specific experience in the financing of
projects relating to traditional forms of energy (such as project
finance and asset financing transactions for producers and
suppliers of oil and gas, including sale-and-leaseback transactions
in materials and systems). We have similar specific experience in
the field of new and sustainable energy (wind energy, PKK fraction,
bio-fermentation systems, pig manure, Carbon Emission Rights,
etcetera).
