Ship finance bank seminar Hamburg 19 February 2013

The topic discussed was "When the time has come": what can and should a bank do when the ship owner no longer pays or is declared bankrupt, or when the vessel is arrested. More than 50 German and Dutch ship finance bankers attended the seminar. Els Verstraaten and Carel van Lynden of AKD explained the audience from the perspective of the Netherlands and (former) Netherlands Antilles.
