Eunice Bruyninckx and Francois Defaix of AKD’s Employment Law practice group revised and redrafted on behalf of McCain the European Works Council protocol.
This document links the local Works Councils active in the
various European Countries and forms basis for the annual meeting
and extraordinary meetings of the European Works Council. It
furthermore provides rules for sharing company information and
exchange of views on all company related issues.
