Eunice Bruyninckx of AKD’s Employment Law practice group advised and assisted Fortis Investments Management Nederland in the final negotiations on a redundancy package with the Works Councils at ABN AMRO Asset Management and Fortis Investments Management.
This plan replaced ABN AMRO's 'Employability' collective labour
agreement as it applied to the ABN AMRO Asset Management
staff.
ABN AMRO Asset Management integrated into Fortis Investments
Management Nederland in mid-2008, which necessitated
harmonisation of the employment conditions. AKD also provided
advice on this harmonisation. In the area of employment law, AKD is
the preferred supplier of Fortis Investments Management, which is
currently part of BNP Paribas.
