AKD advised the shareholders of EventIS in their sale of EventIS (NL) to Seachange International (USA).
Both companies are involved in providing video-on-demand software and ancillary software and services. AKD conducted the vendor legal due diligence investigations and assisted the shareholders of EventIS with the transaction documentation.
