Eunice Bruyninckx of the AKD’s Employment Law practice group advised Du Pont regarding the pension status of individuals employed at companies in which Du Pont has acquired the shares
part of the share transfer, the pension entitlements of these employees were transferred from a company pension fund to Du Pont's corporate pension fund after dispensation was granted for participation in the company pension fund.
