Radboud Klazinga of AKD’s Employment Law practice group assisted carpet manufacturer Desso in drafting and completing negotiations on, a company-specific Collective Labour Agreement, for which the Joint Committee had granted dispensation.
The Agreement was aimed specifically at safeguarding employees' benefit entitlements following a reorganisation.
