Colliers International Nederland
The Canadian company Colliers CMN, a subsidiary of the FirstService Corporation property concern, has taken a controlling interest in the Dutch end of the Colliers organisation.
Colliers International (Nederland) is an independent company
specialising in commercial property and business-operated
residences. It is a member of Colliers International Property
Consultants, a partnership of independent firms having 293 offices
in 61 countries. The Canadian firm Colliers CMN acquired a
controlling interest in the Dutch Colliers International
organisation at the beginning of November 2008.
CMN is by far the largest partner within the worldwide structure of
Colliers, operating 145 offices in 36 countries and generating US$
1 billion in consolidated turnover. In Europe, 22 offices in 14
countries currently work under the Canadian flag. Via FirstService
Commercial Real Estate Services, Colliers CMN is a part of the
FirstService Corporation property concern. Based on its
strengthened position Colliers aims to expand and gain a position
among the top five in the Netherlands.
