ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer

ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer received assistance with the transactions from, among others, DTZ Zadelhoff in an amicable collaboration with AKD.

It concerned a large number of clusters of single-family houses and apartments, at locations across the Netherlands. The portfolio was sold to local private investors; the properties involved were housing complexes which had already been divided into separate units in readiness for being sold. There were several bids for the portfolio as a whole, but selling individual units was more profitable. 

The AKD team was led by Mariëtta van Wijk.
