New head of AKD’s Rotterdam office
Teije van Dijk is appointed to the position of head of the legal firm’s Rotterdam office, effective as of 1 December 2009.
Rotterdam, 1 December 2009: The Board of AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen
(AKD) has appointed mr. T.B. (Teije) van Dijk to the position of
head of the legal firm's Rotterdam office, effective as of 1
December 2009. He takes over from mr. G.P.F (Peter) Vollebregt who,
after several years of successfully leading the office, is to take
up another position within the company.
Teije van Dijk leads AKD's Commercial Property
section in Rotterdam. His involvement in property development
covers public-private partnerships, construction disputes and
contract tender law.
Bert Heikens, Chairman of the Board of AKD comments, "A
commercially-minded man like Teije van Dijk is the ideal person to
further expand AKD's position in the Rotterdam region. Immediately
as he takes on responsibility for our location in Rotterdam, Teije
is being confronted with his first challenge. Namely, the
relocation of AKD Rotterdam to the Maastoren at the beginning of
2010. Topping out at 165 metres, it is the tallest building in the
Netherlands."
