New director Marketing & Communications joins AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen

AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen (AKD), the leading firm of lawyers and notaries, has appointed Han Weegink as its new Marketing & Communications director. Weegink takes up his position on 1 November 2008.

Han Weegink (42) joins AKD from Logica, the IT service provider, where he was responsible for marketing and portfolio management. His previous experience involved working in a variety of marketing and business development functions, including at CMG, and he has advised companies worldwide in the area of strategic marketing and communications.

"AKD is one of the most dynamic firms of lawyers and notaries in the Netherlands," commented Weegink. "It is a fantastic opportunity to be able to develop the marketing and communications approach in this challenging field."
