Monique Verkuilen appointed as notary

By Royal Decree of 22 January 2009, Monique Verkuilen, employed by AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen, is appointed as notary in Rotterdam, effective from the date of her swearing in. The swearing in ceremony is being held on Friday 6 February 2009 at the Rotterdam court building.

Monique Verkuilen (1969) is a partner with the Corporate Law practice group at AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen. She advises national and international clients from a range of sectors on legal matters relating to limited companies. Monique handles reorganisations and restructurings, mergers and divestments, takeovers, management buy-outs, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. She has considerable experience in meeting clients' requirements by bringing together multidisciplinary teams comprising specialists from the legal profession, fiscal consultancies and the accountancy world.
