Lawyer Teije van Dijk moves to AKD

Teije van Dijk joined AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen as a lawyer, and partner, on 12 February 2007, leaving the position of lawyer that he had held with Simmons & Simmons in Rotterdam. Van Dijk is a specialist in the commercial property field and focuses principally on project development, public-private partnerships, civil construction law (including recent new provisions governing the relationship between architects and commissioning parties), and contract tenders.

Van Dijk said about his move to AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen: "I regard it as a real challenge to be involved in the expansion of the Commercial Property section and AKD Real Estate in Rotterdam."

Van Dijk's arrival in Rotterdam brings AKD's commercial property team to 11 lawyers and notaries, of whom three are partners in the firm.
