Erwin Rademakers strengthens AKD’s management

Erwin Rademakers was appointed on 18 November 2006 as an executive board member of AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen for a period of four years. Bert Heikens was also re-appointed as a board member for a further two years, at the instigation of the supervisory board.

Bert retains his position as board chairman. Half of Erwin's time will be devoted to his new function. Erwin will also continue his corporate law practice where he focuses on handling the restructuring of national and international limited partnerships, dealing with mergers and acquisitions and corporate litigation.
