AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen has been declared 'Top Employer 2008' by
the independent research bureau CRF during the Nobiles career
event. Dutch companies nominated as top employer are those which,
according to the research, score highest as regards training
opportunities, employment conditions, the working environment and
the possibilities for advancement.
The firm achieved a high score across the board with notably high
ratings for employment conditions and education and training
opportunities.
In AKD's opinion, the one element crucial to becoming a top
employer is having top employees who generate the atmosphere in
which ambition and personal involvement become mutually
supportive.
AKD is proud of the accolade 'Top Employer 2008' which the firm
will hold throughout the year.
CRF conducts objective research and compiles trustworthy data about
terms of employment, chances for internal promotion, working
conditions and the training opportunities offered by potential
employers. The researchers identify the leading employers in eight
countries on four continents. The results for the Netherlands are
presented annually in the publication 'Topwerkgevers
Nederland'.
The designation of 'top employer' has proved to be a successful
means of attracting talent to more than 2,000 large companies
around the world.
