Van der Nat Litigation to join with AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen from 1 June 2008

This expansion is an important step in the further development and growth of AKD. The partners of Van der Nat Litigation have decided on this alliance to reinforce and expand on the services they offer to their clients.

The Van der Nat Litigation practice specialises in employment law and has three partners, Paul Klinckhamers, Radboud Klazinga and René Nieuwmans, and four associates, Kitty van der Meij, Olf Praamstra, Nicky den Dulk and Evert Jan Kruijswijk Jansen, all of whom will now reinforce the AKD Employment Law team in Amsterdam.

Martijn Lauxtermann, partner in liability and insurance law and commercial litigation, will transfer with John Koorevaar to the AKD office in Rotterdam, where they will reinforce the specialist group dealing with Traffic, Insurance and Trade.

The office is currently located on the Apollolaan in Amsterdam. In approximately two months' time, a merger will take place with the AKD offices  in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
